"I would like to compliment Beaver Lake Marina. They worked over and beyond to make this purchase for my wife and I as comfortable and satisfying as possible. We shopped for 4 weeks in three different states. There was plenty of just about what we were looking for, but something just wasn't right. Most of the reasons for moving on and not doing business was bad pr with the dealerships. One dealership that we will NOT return to is ****** ****** in ****** Nebraska. We had purchased our last boat through a private owner with ****** ******, but when we made contact with them about buying new, they asked for pictures and service records to set trade in price. We were told that they had Regal's to look at in our price range. On arrival after 60 miles of travel we discovered NO Regals and their pre-arranged trade-in quote dropped from $4700.00 to $1800.00. We were appalled. When we went to Beaver Lake Marina, they sat with us after hours, discussed our trade, let my wife and I go through every boat in the show room and answered every question that we could think of. At no time did either of us feel pressured or uncomfortable in any way. In fact, the stress and anxiety that had become normal with other dealers disappeared when we were at Beaver Lake Marina. They provided us with manuals's of all kinds of boats and trailers, after which they recommended that we take some time and relax, so our decision would not be made in haste. This was truly the beginning of a business deal on a new boat. I had already in my mind chosen the Regal 1900LSR, but wanted to see what my wife had in mind. I made arrangements to bring my wife and kids back in to take a second look. The owners opened shop on a Sunday and allowed my family to look around with no pressure. As I waited in the distance my family began searching. It was a match when all three yelled that they found our boat!!! Not sure, I approached them and they were in the most beautiful red, white and black 1900LSR Regal. The owners of Beaver Lake Marina helped with the paperwork and spent time going over everything on the boat. Plus, they went over the safety procedures fully till my wife and I were satisfied. They even fitted our children with new life jackets and adjusted them for them. I was truly impressed on their commitment on safety. The following day we arrived to pick up our new Regal. They had it ready and it was beautiful. While they went over any final questions, they hooked the boat up to our Tahoe, made sure everything was to our 100% satisfaction. Without a doubt Beaver Lake Marina, their owners and staff fulfilled our dream of owning a new boat. The compliments keep rolling in by friends family and fellow boaters. I tell everyone this story and recommend that they should go see Beaver Lake Marina and buy quality "Buy a Regal".
