"The service staff at BLM has saved the day twice this summer! During our first lake experience of summer 2011, the engine was overheating. We called the Marina and within minutes a service tech, Craig, was on a pontoon boat to come investigate. Turns out our problem was a direct result of a botched winterization (from a different dealer). Craig corrected it immediately and we were off for the day! Just recently, Craig was able to diagnose/repair a leak that another service center had struggled with for nearly three weeks and had quoted a repair estimate for thousands of dollars. His expertise saved my family over $5K! What is even more impressive is the time it took him to make the repairs. Craig knew we were on a tight time schedule and not only managed to work our boat into his schedule, but also gave up his lunch to ensure the boat was finished by the end of the day. A truly selfless act that absolutely went above and beyond any of our expectations. Our sincere thanks to Craig and all the service staff at BLM! They salvaged the remainder of our summer while saving us thousands of dollars through their expertise and focus on providing customer service that is second to none! "I purchased a used Rinker 212 Captiva boat from Chuck at Beaver Lake Marina. It is the cleanest used boat I have ever seen. It is better than he described it. The service and promtness to answer all of my questions was top notch. I have bought several items over the internet and this was the best out of town buying experience I've ever had. "Chuck,Cathy Beaver Lake Marina Staff: My wife and I are first time boaters. From the first time we met Chuck and Cathy at the boat show, they treat you like people not just another boat leaving the dealership. We worked with them for 2 months asking questions and finding a way to own just the right boat for us. Every time we stopped in they answered our questions and showed us the options. They were always up front and honest. How can you beat that? They helped us find the perfect boat. We were excited the day we picked it up. The staff loaded it on the trailer and made sure we could put it in the water safely. They also made sure my wife could load and unload the boat safely. The whole time we were out with their staff member he never once said I need to get back I'm busy. His goal was to make sure we can be safe and enjoy our boat. He did just that. Two weeks later I was bringing the boat to the lake and was in an accident. Beaver Lake Marina are great to buy a boat from and a five star customer service dealership. Chuck,Cathy and the staff worked above and beyond to get us back in the water a week later. They never said we are too busy with the holiday coming up. "In October of 2008 I bought a old Starcraft Holiday 181 on eBay. I could say I almost stole it. I traveled from Oregon to Beaver Lake Nebraska to pick it up. I was shown great courtesy and customer service. I have had the boat crabbing in Coos Bay and fishing at Diamond Lake. Its the best boat I have ever had. I realize I was just getting an old boat out of their way. But I was treated like I was buying the biggest and the best. I think Chuck is an honest trustworthy person I would do business with him again. It is just that I live about 1800 miles away. Chuck knew he would probably never see me again but still he provided superior customer service. Dale Poyer"

"I would like to compliment Beaver Lake Marina. They worked over and beyond to make this purchase for my wife and I as comfortable and satisfying as possible. We shopped for 4 weeks in three different states. There was plenty of just about what we were looking for, but something just wasn't right. Most of the reasons for moving on and not doing business was bad pr with the dealerships. One dealership that we will NOT return to is ****** ****** in ****** Nebraska. We had purchased our last boat through a private owner with ****** ******, but when we made contact with them about buying new, they asked for pictures and service records to set trade in price. We were told that they had Regal's to look at in our price range. On arrival after 60 miles of travel we discovered NO Regals and their pre-arranged trade-in quote dropped from $4700.00 to $1800.00. We were appalled. When we went to Beaver Lake Marina, they sat with us after hours, discussed our trade, let my wife and I go through every boat in the show room and answered every question that we could think of. At no time did either of us feel pressured or uncomfortable in any way. In fact, the stress and anxiety that had become normal with other dealers disappeared when we were at Beaver Lake Marina. They provided us with manuals's of all kinds of boats and trailers, after which they recommended that we take some time and relax, so our decision would not be made in haste. This was truly the beginning of a business deal on a new boat. I had already in my mind chosen the Regal 1900LSR, but wanted to see what my wife had in mind. I made arrangements to bring my wife and kids back in to take a second look. The owners opened shop on a Sunday and allowed my family to look around with no pressure. As I waited in the distance my family began searching. It was a match when all three yelled that they found our boat!!! Not sure, I approached them and they were in the most beautiful red, white and black 1900LSR Regal. The owners of Beaver Lake Marina helped with the paperwork and spent time going over everything on the boat. Plus, they went over the safety procedures fully till my wife and I were satisfied. They even fitted our children with new life jackets and adjusted them for them. I was truly impressed on their commitment on safety. The following day we arrived to pick up our new Regal. They had it ready and it was beautiful. While they went over any final questions, they hooked the boat up to our Tahoe, made sure everything was to our 100% satisfaction. Without a doubt Beaver Lake Marina, their owners and staff fulfilled our dream of owning a new boat. The compliments keep rolling in by friends family and fellow boaters.
